Roll - Off Dumpster Rental , Terms & Conditions
By renting a dumpster from Shoreline Disposals, LLC, the customer agrees to the following terms:
Rental Period: Standard rental period is 7 days. A $10 daily fee applies for each additional day beyond the initial rental period.
Weight Limits: Each rental includes up to the specified tonnage. Overage will be billed at $140 per ton CT, $165/Ton RI.
Driveway Damage: Shoreline Disposal is not responsible for any damage to driveways, lawns, or surfaces. Upon request, wood blocking can be placed under wheels to help distribute weight.
Payment Terms: Full payment is due prior to delivery. A valid credit/debit card must be kept on file and will be charged for any additional fees or overages.
Additional Charges:
Tires: $30 each (regular), $75 each (oversized)
Mattresses & Box Springs: $50 per item
TVs: $20 per item
Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited from being placed in the dumpster:
Batteries (cordless tool, laptop, car, lawnmower)
Liquid paints
Flammable or combustible liquids
Propane tanks (unless valve is fully removed)
Improper disposal of prohibited items may result in additional handling or disposal fees.
Container Use and Responsibility
Containers shall not be moved or relocated using customer or contractor equipment. Any damage to the container caused by fire, improper disposal of prohibited items, or unauthorized relocation will be the responsibility of the customer and subject to additional charges.
